初夏五大肌膚保養秘訣
天氣開始悶熱,太陽亦變得猛烈,加上雨季來臨,感覺夏天快要到了。
夏天肌膚容易受到陽光、冷氣的夾攻,紫外線讓肌膚加速老化和形成斑點,冷氣房則令肌膚失去水分容易引起皺紋。讓肌膚喝飽水份,達至水油平衡,自癒力提升,自然更柔嫩光滑,夏天也能深呼吸。

Tips 1 水油平衡的重要性
悶熱天氣令 T 字位容易泛油光,以為夏天需要選用清潔力強的潔面產品,卻忽略過度的除油會造成水油不平衡,肌膚表層的天然皮脂變薄,導致肌膚含水量更容易蒸發散失,反而出油狀況更嚴重。所以慎選潔面產品很重要,溫和的潔面產品讓肌膚潔淨,毛孔暢通同時維持水油平衡狀態,沒有繃緊乾燥感。而一天清潔以早晚各一次為原則。

Tips 2 增加肌膚補水及保水力
夏日要收歛肌膚油脂分泌同時要兼顧水份補充。在冷氣房,肌膚水份更易流失,基於乾燥環境使肌膚表皮細胞外層缺水,角質層失去彈性變得容易破碎,無法鎖緊水份。因此選用添加維他命B5,甘油,透明質酸的保濕產品可有效為肌膚補充水份以及鎖緊水份。另外,選擇保濕又清爽的乳液有效減少出油量,維持水油平衡同時修護肌膚受日間傷害。

Tips 3 定期深層潔淨去角質
高溫悶熱環境或猛烈陽光照射會使肌膚出油量增加,加上空氣污染很容易堵塞毛孔,引起黑頭粉刺或痘痘。應盡量避免選用拉扯式除黑頭產品以免令毛孔鬆弛擴張,建議可選用添加水果酵素或礦物泥成分為主的面膜,透過溶解與吸附髒物,去除多餘油脂及老廢角質,使毛孔暢通,不但有效提升肌膚亮度,更可增加後續保養品吸收。
